The Arca programme in 2024 connected cooks, cuts and live music across a multi-station festival.

A barbecue festival changes the meal by allowing diners to move between cooks. The thirteenth Bárbaros BBQ announcement described thirty stations at Arca in São Paulo, making that movement part of the event’s format.
WAYFARER’s April 2024 preview named Jefferson Rueda, Debetti and Santi Roig among the participants. The programme brought together chefs, parrilla specialists and other barbecue practitioners rather than organising the day around a single kitchen.
Picanha, pancetta, ancho, tomahawk and dry-aged meat appeared in the selection described. Burgers, Argentine empanadas and paella broadened the proposed table, with desserts entering later in the afternoon.
Music was another component of the schedule, including blues, country and performances by RED Fox and Felipe Garrido. Seating areas and a children’s space were also noted in the event structure, although Edition does not independently certify the arrangements.
