An omakase above the São Paulo skyline

HOMME's March 2025 dinner gave a six-course sequence an architectural setting.

A dining room with a long view introduces another rhythm to a meal. HOMME Lifestyle Club’s first 2025 gathering brought fifty guests to Maison Maleh, a São Paulo penthouse associated with architect Alberto Botti.

André Nobuyuki Kawai and Hiro Ozono prepared a six-course omakase around bluefin tuna brought from Spain. The format placed the sequence in the chefs’ hands rather than presenting guests with a menu of separate decisions.

The club was conceived by João Lauro da Matta, Rafael Belmonte and André Calil, with gatherings serving as a setting for conversation as well as food.

Here, the room and the service proposed two scales of attention. The skyline offered a broad view of the city; the omakase returned attention to a succession of small preparations. Between them, the table became the place where the evening could gather.
