Spring 2026 collections treated a soft colour as part of the working wardrobe.

A colour can change a familiar garment without changing its construction. The dusty pinks appearing in Spring 2026 menswear gave tailoring, knitwear and casual pieces a softer register.
Versions across several houses moved between salmon and muted blush. The variation mattered: a colour name can cover quite different relationships with skin, fabric and the other clothes beside it.
Placed with navy, brown or charcoal, pink could enter an existing wardrobe through one shirt or a knitted layer. A complete tonal look made a different proposition, giving the colour responsibility for the whole silhouette.
The useful choice is therefore not between accepting or rejecting a trend. It is which proportion of the colour belongs in a particular combination. A small addition and a full suit use the same broad family to very different effects.
