Cold brew, citrus and cocktail formats gave the coffee menu different registers.

Coffee need not remain attached to the cup in which it is usually served. Santo Grão’s January 2025 summer announcement followed the ingredient into chilled drinks and cocktail formats.
The source described ten coffee-based options, including Vanilla Coffee Frappé and Mandarin Brew. The latter combined cold brew with tangerine and lemongrass references, changing both temperature and aromatic context while leaving coffee at the centre.
The cocktail selection offered another route. A Macadamia Espresso Martini brought espresso together with rum and macadamia liqueur, while Negroni Coffee placed a Mogiana coffee reference within a familiar Italian format. The names signalled the transformation before the drink reached the glass.
The archive also connected the menu with café spaces in São Paulo and Curitiba, and with the brand’s longer interest in coffee education. The setting mattered because a terrace or social table could give these preparations a different role from a quick morning espresso.
This adaptation is not a recipe test or a confirmation of today’s menu. It makes no claim about alcohol or caffeine suitability. Its subject is culinary range: one recognisable ingredient entering several structures, with temperature, citrus and texture changing the way its identity is encountered.
