A race weekend changes scale when it reaches beyond the circuit. Miami’s 2026 Formula One programme connected the Hard Rock Stadium setting with Miami Beach, Wynwood and Coconut Grove, each offering a different relationship with the event.
The Miami International Autodrome supplied the sporting centre. Hospitality concepts such as the announced MSC Yacht Club added an architectural image to the trackside experience, using the language of a yacht to organise viewing and gathering spaces.
Elsewhere, hotels including Fontainebleau Miami Beach, The Ritz-Carlton South Beach and Miami Beach EDITION appeared within the week’s social geography. Carbone Beach brought dining into the same orbit.
The useful way to read this programme is through distances and priorities. Being close to the race, staying near the beach and following the evening circuit are different choices. A city-wide event makes those distinctions part of the experience, not merely a matter of choosing a room.
