Art Deco and Beaux-Arts history remain legible in Manhattan's public interiors.
Reportage / Tivat
Regent's architectural language connects a contemporary marina with the wider Bay of Kotor.

A marina hotel can seek a relationship with its surroundings rather than compete with the boats outside. Regent Porto Montenegro’s Tivat setting uses pale stone, arcades and terracotta roofs to connect a contemporary waterfront with the architecture of the Bay of Kotor.
The interior vocabulary developed by Tino Zervudachi of MHZ carries that relationship indoors. Striped fabrics, solid wood and deeper blues suggest maritime life without turning every room into a literal ship’s cabin.
Murano’s dining spaces and the Onyx Bar & Garden establish different points from which to encounter the marina. Terraces and windows make the water part of the daily sequence.
The address’s strongest architectural idea is a shared scale. Rooms, façades and the waterfront use related materials and proportions, allowing the new marina to be read within a much older coastal landscape.
