Extreme Soft, Technical Fabric, Sartorial and Grain organised the 2026 season around texture and changing routines.

A bag becomes useful when its material and proportions answer the same question. Montblanc’s 2026 leather season, described by Gabriel Silveirado for WAYFARER Brazil, approached the routine between office, airport and weekend through four families.
Extreme Soft revised the house’s graphic language in more supple leather. The Panorama backpack, Weekender and smaller Onbody Companion pieces kept the visual reference while changing its tactile character. Technical Fabric supplied another route, combining a lighter construction with leather details and compartments for daily equipment.
Sartorial used Saffiano-stamped leather in revised crossbody proportions. Grain made a more pronounced bovine-leather texture part of the identity. In that family, zip pulls and metal finishing referred to the nib of a fountain pen, connecting the leather objects to another part of Montblanc’s history.
These are design details from the August 2026 account, not a current stock list or a durability test. They show how a shared name can be expressed through several material behaviours: supple leather, technical textile, stamped pattern and visible grain. The distinction matters in use, not only in a product photograph. A bag’s point of view is carried by how it is held, opened and lived with.
