Le Jardin: a wine list with a Brazilian point of view
The Rosewood restaurant’s archive account placed producers and the kitchen ahead of the size of the cellar.

The airline’s 2024 Champagne account reveals how labels, vintages and service form part of an onboard identity.

An onboard wine list is also a form of presentation. Emirates’s Champagne programme, described by WAYFARER Brazil in July 2024, used producers and vintages to differentiate several parts of its hospitality.
The account included Dom Pérignon, Moët & Chandon and Veuve Clicquot, with particular vintages appearing within that year’s programme. Dom Pérignon Vintage 2013, Rosé 2008 and Plénitude 2 2004 supplied different points in the First Class calendar as described at the time. Moët and Veuve Clicquot featured in the Business Class discussion.
The source also mentioned Chandon Vintage Brut from Australia in Premium Economy, making clear that the wider sparkling-wine selection was not limited to Champagne. Keeping the categories distinct matters more than repeating a promotional claim about the number of bottles served.
Training and the airline’s wine-focused content formed another part of the original account, connecting what was poured with the way it was explained. Current vintages, routes and class-specific availability have not been verified here. This is a record of the 2024 programme, not a promise about a future flight. Its editorial interest is the role of continuity: a label can become part of a service identity, while the vintage in the glass continues to change.
