The October 2025 programme connected entrepreneurship with culture and mentorship.

Leadership is more useful as a conversation between different experiences than as one approved model. ATIVA’s São Paulo programme, announced for 20 October 2025 at Mansão Bahirah, put that plurality at the centre of its first Brazilian edition.
Created by Carina Costa of EventoriaPro, the project brought an initiative developed in Portugal to a programme of debates, mentoring and cultural encounters. Andréa Sorgenfrei, Nayàra Mota, Gilmara Gonçalves and Caroline Gurski were among the announced participants.
The schedule paired discussions of innovation and international expansion with a lounge intended for smaller meetings. Journalist Pri Tovic was named to guide the panels.
