Francisco Terra’s Brazilian presentation paired a fashion house with an expressionless collectible.

A collectible can define a fashion house without showing a garment. Maldito Paris made that proposition visible through an expressionless figure at its first Brazilian presentation.
WAYFARER’s July 2026 account placed Francisco Terra’s debut at Cine Copan in São Paulo, on 25 July. The cinema inside Oscar Niemeyer’s building supplied a setting with its own established cultural identity. The accompanying Maldito Toy moved the presentation beyond the runway.
Developed with DUIU and produced by Brazilian studio Toys Don’t Cry, the object left its face unassigned. Terra’s explanation in the source was that deciding an emotion for somebody else could also decide who they were allowed to be. This adaptation preserves that idea without reproducing a quotation as a new interview.
The first edition comprised four variants and 208 blind-box units. Jöa Azevedo, the house’s Brazilian representative and founder of Yume Craft Studio, was described as having worked on the project for nearly two years.
The scale made the argument tangible. This was a small initial production attached to an existing community, rather than a claim to universal appeal. The exhibition and pop-up dates belong to that July presentation; they are not an invitation to a current event.
