Vila Medí: three kitchens, one São Paulo dining room
An integrated restaurant space at Cidade Jardim lets a meal move between Italian, Greek and oyster-bar menus.

A 2025 Paris proposal connected Peter Park's omakase with the fashion house's broader cultural programme.

A fashion boutique and a sushi counter have different rhythms. Saint Laurent’s Paris project brought them into the same building without asking the restaurant to become a themed extension of the clothes.
In February 2025, WAYFARER reported the planned arrival of Sushi Park in the basement of the renovated Saint Laurent Rive Droite. The opening was scheduled for 21 February. This adaptation records the announcement, not a new visit or an independently confirmed service update.
Peter Park founded Sushi Park in Los Angeles in 2006. The Brazilian account described a kitchen focused on seasonal ingredients and an omakase format, where the chef determines the sequence of dishes.
Anthony Vaccarello’s familiarity with the restaurant supplied the connection to Saint Laurent. The project was presented as Sushi Park’s first permanent restaurant outside Los Angeles, giving an established culinary identity a different architectural setting.
The combination fits a larger question about fashion spaces: what happens when a house wants visitors to stay beyond a purchase? Art, design and a meal extend the time spent inside the brand’s world.
At its best, that approach allows the collaborator to retain a distinct language. The sushi counter’s restraint, rather than a succession of fashion references, was the feature the original announcement placed at the centre.
