Primitivo: eight bungalows on the Alagoas coast
At Praia dos Morros de Camaragibe, a small hotel makes its case through the spacing between its buildings and the materials close at hand.

Oberoi's private-residence format gave a historic fort near Jaipur the scale of a house rather than a conventional hotel.

Naila Fort’s architectural scale and its guest capacity work in different directions. A historic fort near Jaipur became a residence with four suites, allowing large courtyards and terraces to belong to a relatively small group.
WAYFARER’s February 2026 account described an Oberoi Hotels and Resorts project offered through an entire-property format. The source dated the fort to 1849 and connected it with the Champawat clan.
Carved arches, courtyards and hilltop views towards the Aravalli landscape supplied the setting. Antique furniture and selected art appeared beside contemporary facilities, keeping the earlier building visible within the adaptation.
The account described a private temple and a traditional arrival ceremony. Cultural outings around Jaipur, time by the pool and meals prepared by Oberoi chefs formed part of the proposed stay.
The kitchen drew on Rajasthani and Mughal culinary traditions as well as international references. Menus were presented as something shaped around the residents rather than a fixed restaurant sequence.
Those arrangements belong to the original account and are not guaranteed current inclusions. The format’s interest is already concrete: a fort was not divided into a large inventory of rooms. Its scale remained architectural, while the stay adopted the more personal rhythm of a house.
